Description

Trinity Health Of New England Medical Group is looking for an RN to join our Plastic Surgery team in our Outpatient office located in Hartford. We’re looking for a team-oriented RN who is reliable, proactive, and committed to delivering exceptional patient experiences in a fast-paced, specialized environment.

What You Will Do

  • Collaborate closely with our physicians and the care team to coordinate care and treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs.
  • Contributes to overall quality of nursing care through performance improvement techniques that impact patient care positively.
  • Phone triage, assisting physicians with minor procedures, communicating with patients on pre-op and post-op care

Minimum Qualifications

  • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
  • Valid RN licensure authorized in the state of Connecticut
  • Valid driver’s license where required by assignment

Preferred Qualifications

Baccalaureate of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree from an accredited school of nursing. Specialty credentialing & educational degree according to clinical nursing practice specialty area
